How long does processing take?
Each order is prepared in small batches – poured, labeled, and packed by hand to ensure quality and consistency. Please allow 10 – 12 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking automatically.
NOTE: During restocks or new releases, processing may lean toward the longer end of the window.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates can be viewed directly through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

What is the difference between the body oil, parfum mist, and perfume oil rollerball?
Each format offers a different scent experience.
Body Oil: Our body oils nourish the skin while creating a soft, intimate scent that wears close and evolves naturally throughout the day.
Parfum Mist: Our parfum mists provide more projection and presence while maintaining the smooth, refined signature of Scenthaus Bodycare.
Perfume Oil Rollerball: Our perfume oil rollerballs are highly concentrated and designed for precise application. They offer a more personal scent experience with excellent longevity and minimal diffusion.
Many customers enjoy layering formats to create depth and enhance wear time.
How long do the scents last?
Longevity varies by format and individual skin chemistry:
- Rollerball perfume oil: 6–12+ hours
- Parfum mist: 6–10+ hours
- Body oil: 4–8 hours
Layering can extend wear even further.
Are your products skin-safe?
Yes. All Scenthaus Bodycare products are formulated using cosmetic-grade ingredients and skin-safe fragrance materials. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before regular use.
Individual sensitivities can vary. Even when a product is formulated within established safety guidelines, individual reactions to fragrance ingredients or other components may still occur. Factors such as allergies, sensitive or compromised skin, recent exfoliation, or the use of active skincare products can also affect how your skin responds. We recommend patch testing before full use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Why do some oils appear slightly different in color?
Due to the nature of fragrance materials and natural oils, slight variations in color may occur. This does not affect quality or performance.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Scenthaus Bodycare product is formulated, blended, and prepared in small batches to maintain quality and attention to detail.
How should I store my products?
For longevity, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Proper storage helps preserve the scent and performance of the fragrance over time.
Why might my scent smell slightly different between batches?
Because Scenthaus Bodycare fragrances are produced in small batches, slight variations can occur from batch to batch. This is normal in handcrafted fragrance and does not affect the overall quality or performance of the scent.
Will sold-out scents be restocked?
Many fragrances are produced in small batches and may sell out.
While some scents will return, restock dates are not always scheduled in advance.

Why do some scents cost more than others?
At Scenthaus Bodycare, our fragrances are offered in two scent collections: Regular and Signature.
Our Regular scents are beautifully balanced fragrances designed for effortless everyday wear and layering.
Our Signature scents feature more expressive blends with deeper, more layered fragrance compositions. Because of their enhanced scent profile and complexity, Signature fragrances are offered at a slightly higher price point.
What is the difference between Regular and Signature scents?
